Effective date: April 21, 2026. This page is for deletion requests for Femalina FPay accounts and related server-side data.
What We Delete
After identity verification, we delete your FPay account profile, active sessions, password reset codes, and account-linked billing metadata from operational storage.
What May Be Retained
We may retain minimum records required for fraud prevention, dispute resolution, and legal/accounting obligations for the required retention period.
Important
Processing Time
We confirm request receipt within 3 business days.
Deletion is usually completed within 30 calendar days.
Audio files and notes stored locally on your phone are deleted by you inside the app.
